End of the Year Reminders

• Students who have medication in the Health Office may pick up their medication anytime before the end of the school year. If the medication is a controlled substance, a parent will need to come to school and pick-up the remaining medication before 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. All medication left in the health office after 6/24/26 will be disposed of.

• 2026-2027 Medication Forms and Physical Education Restriction Forms will be mailed in June. You could also find these forms on the Lancaster Middle or High School Health Office Website. Please have your child’s physician complete and return the form(s) and return to the school's health office over the summer.  

• The nurse will be available in the Health Office on September 2, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for parents who wish to drop off medications or forms.
