Working Papers - Summer 2026

Physical Education Notes

All Physical Education (PE) excuse notes must be submitted to the Health Office, which maintains documentation and communicates with the PE Department. Physician orders are strictly followed. Open-ended medical notes (until further notice) require an updated physician note within 4–6 weeks. Students may submit up to three parent/guardian notes per school year for single-day PE excuses; additional PE excuses require physician documentation.

Immunization Requirement for School

All 7th graders in New York State are required to be vaccinated against meningococcal disease before starting school. This vaccination is essential for school attendance, and students without it will not be allowed to attend classes. Please ensure you submit proof of vaccination to the Health Office before the start of the school year.
